this agency is the worst ever. i would not recommend it to anyone. called in this morning to speak with my agent as we are preparing to buy a new vehicle. i was greeted by and extremely rude and inconsiderate girl who refused to assist me as my agent was on vacation and she had no way of reaching her. she continued to argue with me and tell me that she couldnt help me and that there was no one else who could help me to either. due to this issue, i have now canceled my policies with this agency and will not ever return.
