lapota insurance agency located in 1000 heritage center cir, round rock tx is the worst agency i've ever dealt with. i've been a customer for over 10 years and have never had any problems until recently. i recently had a claim and they have been nothing but difficult to work with. they have delayed my claim for months and have not been helpful at all. i would not recommend this agency to anyone.
