after being with usaa for decades, i recently switched to k & s insurance due to usaa getting rid of their homeowners insurance in my area. not only was i able to get great coverage, but the premiums were also significantly lower. i haven't had to file a claim yet, but the customer service has been excellent so far. i worked primarily with agent viviana guzman, who was very helpful and responsive. she helped me find the right coverage for my needs and answered all my questions. so far, i'm very happy with k & s insurance and would recommend them to others.
