"for several years i have been dealing with TEB BENEFITS GROUP INC. to provide coverage for my medicare needs. for the most part, they have been responsive to my requests for information. however, for the most recent issue that came up, i requested information on a plan change and submitted my request on-line. it took TEB over two weeks to get back to me and when they did, i did not receive a complete answer to my question. when i contacted them again, i was told that the plan i had submitted a change for was no longer available, yet i was not advised of that situation. i nearly lost my new plan due to this problem. i am still waiting for a call from TEB to tell me what other options i may have, but after a month, i am losing hope that i will get a call and may end up without coverage!"
