i have had healthplanone for many years and have been very satisfied with their service. they have always been there for me when i needed them and have always been very helpful. i would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for health insurance.

healthplanone, llc, customer service is the worst i have ever experienced. do not ever get insurance from this company. it has been over 6 months and i still have not received my id card, and have yet to speak to an actual human being who can help me. i have called multiple times and emailed several times, each time being told that i will get a call back within 24 hours. i have never received a call back. this company is a total scam.
