even though i have sent an email asking to cancel the policy i still received an invoice in the mail, i called and they told me that the policy is still active. i have been a customer for 12 years. can you please cancel the policy? i am very dissatisfied with your service and i do not want to do business with your company anymore. also the representative i spoke to was not helpful and did not provide me with the information i needed. i would not recommend this company to anyone.
as a homeowner for over 20 years, i am shocked how some insurance companies make it difficult to do business with them. your company canceled my policy without sending me any notice, and i only learned about it from my mortgage company. as this is my primary residence, i had to scramble to find insurance coverage. i am not happy with this company and i will make sure to not recommend it to anyone i know.
