i called them on a friday afternoon near closing time with questions about a possible restoration and checkup. the staff were very friendly and courteous. i was able to book my first checkup within two weeks. the office was quiet and clean and the staff were all friendly. the dentist, brandi, was excellent. she went through each of my concerns with me in great detail and explained what she was seeing. she even called the next day to check in on me and to answer any other questions i had. highly recommend this office.
i've been going to this location for over 10 years. it was called aspen dental then, now it's dentist direct. but the staff have always been great. they are always willing to work with me on my payments. the hygienists are always thorough and gentle. and dr. dobson is the best dentist i've ever had. he is very knowledgeable and experienced, and he always takes the time to explain everything to me. i highly recommend this office.
