mountain state ins agy, inc's staff in charleston wv processed our claim quickly and efficiently. the customer service is outstanding and the agent, kim marsh, continuously follows up on the status of the claim; making sure that we feel taken care of. it's hard to trust an insurance company nowadays, but this agency (particularly, kim marsh) makes you feel comfortable doing business with them. i would recommend mountain state insurance to anyone looking for a policy for home, auto, and/or personal property.
