i worked here for 2 years and i would not recommend this company to anyone. no matter how much you work or how hard you work no one cares. the management is poor and they treat they employees very poorly. they treat the doctors like they are not human. the benefits are not good at all. the health insurance is terrible and half of the time the doctors have attitudes like they are better than you. i would advise anyone not to work here.
i worked at cap as a customer service representative for almost 5 years. i have read the reviews on glassdoor and some of it is true. management showed favoritism to certain employees. i also noticed that certain groups of people were underpaid compared to others. some of my coworkers were nice but it was definitely a hostile work environment. i was also racially discriminated against. there were some good things about the company like the health benefits were really good and there was room for advancement. unfortunately, i made the decision to leave to pursue my career at another company that pays me more and has better management.
