getting insurance from this agency was the worst idea ever. they don't answer phone or email messages. they are also extremely rude. i'm sorry i ever signed up with them! they made a mistake on my policy and i have been trying for months to get them to correct it. i've been calling and sending emails and they keep ignoring me. i'm not sure what to do.
this place is not reliable at all. they promise you everything and they don't deliver. i have been waiting for a call back for two weeks now after i had a very bad accident. a tow truck came and took my car because they didn't want to pay for towing. i had to pay $300 out of pocket the same day and i haven't heard from them since. what a bad experience! stay away!
