have been trying to contact them for two months to get a quote and to resolve a claim. everyone i have spoken to tells me a supervisor will call me back and no one ever does. then you call back and they say the same thing. so frustrating.
bad experience, paid our bill for a year in advance and they cancelled insurance without any notice and refuse to refund us the remainder of our premium. they acknowledged that it was their mistake but refuse to return the money. now we are left with no insurance and out of money.
melissa garcia was extremely helpful and patient in getting my claim processed and taken care of. i am very pleased with the service that i received and would highly recommend them.
very positive experience. everyone i have dealt with has been great. they made an unfortunate situation as good as could be expected. i would definitely recommend them.
