i have been with this firm for many years. they have always taken good care of me and my family and always returned my calls and messages quickly and efficiently. i’d recommend them to anyone.
i have been trying to contact someone for over a month about receiving a refund on my homeowners premium. i have called many times over the past month and left messages. no one has ever returned my call. this is ridiculous. will not ever do business with this company again.
