very helpful with setting up my auto insurance even after i had a hard time finding insurance because of previous accidents. barbara was very detailed and explained everything to me untill i was fully comfortable and confident with my new auto policy.
i am shopping for renters insurance for my son and i contacted 3 different companies. out of the 3 companies, kirsten with northern insuring agency inc was the only one who followed up with me in regards to my quote request. she even called me to answer some of my questions. i am very impressed with her service and hope that the quote is within my budget.
