this insurance agency is a JOKE! i have been a customer for over 10 years and have never had a problem. but recently, i have been having nothing but problems. i have been trying to get ahold of someone for over a month now and have not been able to get through. i have left messages and sent emails and have not received a response. i am so frustrated with this company and will be switching as soon as possible.
