DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AGENCY! I REPEAT! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I lost my husband 5 years ago and was told that I would continue to receive income through the social security office. Fast forward 5 years and I was surprised by a bill from this agency stating that I owed them over 22,000 dollars!!! They told me this was a debt my husband had with them. Come to find out, when my husband passed away, I was to receive a check for 2500 dollars from this agency. Instead, they forged my husband's signature and deposited the money into their own account. When they finally decided to pay me my money, they shorted me almost 1000 dollars!!! When I called to inquire about the missing money, I was told there was nothing they could do. There is a special place in hell for these people.
