i have been a customer of alliance of dealercor for over 5 years and have always been happy with their service. they are always helpful and responsive, and they have always been able to find me the best rates on my insurance. i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance agency.
alliance of dealercor is an incompetent and dishonest insurance agency. i have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years and have never had any problems until recently. when i called to file a claim, they told me that my policy had lapsed and that i was not covered. i was shocked and asked how this could be possible, since i had been paying my premiums on time. they said that there was a problem with their system and that they had not received my payments. i asked them to fix the problem and reinstate my policy, but they refused. i am now without insurance and have to find a new provider.
