i would like to file a formal complaint against your employee kyle r operating out of your pompano office. this agent has the absolute worst communication skills. he is extremely rude, arrogant, dismissive, and lacks basic customer service etiquette. i feel i have given mr. r more than enough opportunities to make this right.
