i have been a customer of specialty lines investments, llc for over 5 years and have been very happy with their service. i have had to file two claims over the years, and both times the claims process was quick and easy. the adjusters were helpful and friendly, and i was able to get my claims paid quickly. i also appreciate that specialty lines investments, llc offers a variety of discounts, which has helped me to save money on my insurance premiums. overall, i am very happy with specialty lines investments, llc and would recommend them to anyone.
specialty lines investments, llc is, without a doubt, the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with. i have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years and have never had a good experience. their customer service is terrible, they are extremely slow to process claims, and they are always trying to find ways to deny coverage. i have had to file several claims over the years, and each time it has been a nightmare. the claims process is long and complicated, and the adjusters are rude and unhelpful. i have even had to hire an attorney to help me get my claims paid. i would not recommend this company to anyone. save yourself the headache and go with a different insurance company.
