i called and talked to someone named 'mike' about my home insurance. he sounded like a hard nosed salesman, and he did not seem concerned about my situation. i wanted to switch companies, and it was clear he wanted to sell me life insurance and some other products that i did not need. i did not appreciate mike's approach, and so i will be looking into other insurance companies for my home insurance.
