american health reform solutions, llc. the worst insurance company ever. i have been with them for over 5 years, and i have never had a good experience. they are always raising my rates, and they never seem to cover anything. i am so frustrated with them, and i am thinking about switching to another company. i have had to pay for all of my medical expenses out of pocket, and they have never reimbursed me. i am so disappointed with this company, and i would not recommend them to anyone.
