pullen family insurance agency, inc. does provide their customers with a 'personal touch' to customer service. a local neighborhood office provides a point of contact for residents, something not offered by many insurance companies. however, this agency uses an outside answering service that needs to be better monitored and trained to handle client calls and inquiries.
i have never had a problem with pfia. their staff is always friendly and helpful, and they are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that i am happy with my coverage. i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for affordable, reliable insurance.
