decent and knowledgeable insurance provider with friendly and responsive local customer service. prices are competitive. coverage is adequate but not top tier. would recommend for basic coverage and responsive service.
"se habla espanol" means when they want to. i had to call the main bc office for them to understand me. i never got a call back from this local office. maybe its bc i dont need any insurance. i will be calling another insurance company this week. i would not recommend this place. i dont know if the lady was new or just doesnt know her job but she has NO customer service skills. very unprofessional. i do not appreciate being lied to then hung up on. i called today and she said the office was currently closed. i waited an hour and called back and she answers the phone again. i am not happy with your service.
