i've been a customer of crancer insurance agency for the past 5 years and i've been very happy with their service. the staff is always friendly and helpful, and they've always been able to answer my questions. i've never had any problems with my coverage, and i would definitely recommend them to others.
initially, i thought they were inexpensive and i signed up with them for auto insurance. but the agent, morgan smith, was not helpful at all and provided me lackluster service. she never returned my phone calls or emails. when i asked to speak with a manager or supervisor, i was told they were all busy. today, i received a notice that my car insurance had lapsed and that i was no longer covered. this is completely unacceptable. i've never had an insurance company drop me before. i'm now without car insurance and i'm scrambling to find a new provider. i would not recommend this company to anyone.
