**frankly, the worst review i've ever written.** my name is james marshall and i am writing to you today to provide an extremely negative review of rockwood insurance, 5537 n rockspring rd ste 118, arlington va 22207. i have been a customer of rockwood for over 10 years. i have never had any problems with rockwood until now. i recently filed a claim for a broken window, and rockwood has denied my claim. i am very frustrated with rockwood's decision. i have always paid my premiums on time, and i have never filed a claim before. i am not sure why rockwood is denying my claim. i am very disappointed with rockwood's customer service. i have spoken to several different people at rockwood, and i have not been able to get any help. i am now considering switching to a different insurance company.
