i have been a customer of conner strong & bucklelew companies, llc for over 5 years and have been very happy with their service. the staff is always friendly and helpful, and they are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that i am satisfied. i have never had any problems with my policy, and i have always been able to get the coverage that i need at a price that i can afford. i would highly recommend conner strong & bucklelew companies, llc to anyone who is looking for an insurance company.
the truth is, this agency is the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with. i have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years and have never had a good experience. the customer service is terrible, the rates are outrageous, and they are always trying to find ways to deny claims. i have had to file several claims over the years, and each time it has been a nightmare. the adjusters are rude and unhelpful, and they always try to find a way to lowball you. i have finally had enough and am switching to a different insurance company.
